Single source of truth for the two JSON-config keys that must come exclusively from a document’s own sidebar.toml shared by GlobalConfig._reject_sidebar_keys() below and orchestrator.py’s _reject_forbidden_sidebar_keys(), which independently duplicated this same tuple before (REQ-V3-27/AW-06, “Schema Decoupling”).
